Mr. Raman Uberoi was appointed as a Director of the Board of Modulus Alternatives Investment Managers Limited in June 2024.
He has over three decades of experience in building and managing profitable businesses, with a strong track record in leading large teams across diverse sectors.
Currently, he serves as a Senior Advisor for Government & Regulatory Relations at CRISIL Limited and is a member of SEBI’s Market Data Advisory Committee and the Expert Committee for MSMEs for the Tamil Nadu Government.
He holds positions as an Independent Director at PG Electroplast Limited, IKF Finance Limited, TruBoard Partners Private Limited, and Dvara Kshetriya Gramin Financial Services Private Limited.

He is an accomplished professional with a notable career spanning over four decades.
He was an integral part of Reliance Industries since 1993 and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Reliance Industries Limited for 18 years, since 2005. Over the past two decades, he played a pivotal role in managing the Reliance Group’s financial resources, overseeing banking relationships and facilitating capital market transactions.
Prior to Reliance, he was with Bank of America for 12 years.
Mr. Agarwal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM-Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur.

Sandeep is a seasoned financial-markets leader with 25 years of India-focused investment-banking and private-credit experience across leading global institutions, including Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, PwC and ICICI Securities. A decade in senior leadership roles leading private credit transactions, product platform set-up, harnessing institutional relationships, business repositioning, regulatory engagement, and responsibility for legal-entity governance, Sandeep most recently served as the CEO & FI India Head for Credit Suisse AG Mumbai and CEO of UBS AG Mumbai.
Sandeep has built and led high-performing credit and capital-markets businesses, executing complex transactions across structured credit, securitisation, mezzanine financing, institutional financing, and synthetic risk transfer. His experience spans equities and fixed-income markets, IPOs, QIPs, DCM origination, and full-cycle credit deals, alongside managing multi-billion-dollar trading and financing books.
Known for navigating systemic stress periods like the GFC, NBFC crisis, and Covid, Sandeep combines technical depth, cross-cycle judgment, and leadership credibility, enhancing the fund’s investment discipline and institutional strength.

Mr. B Raghavendra Rao is a former Deputy Managing Director of State Bank of India.
He is a distinguished banker with more than three decades of experience across various banking roles, including Credit, Treasury Operations, International Banking, and Retail Banking.
A banking veteran, Mr. Rao was also in the International Banking Operations of State Bank of India. He was the CEO, SBI London and has worked in the bank’s Maldives and Frankfurt offices.
He has served on the Boards of several companies during his tenure at SBI and brings a wealth of experience in corporate credit.
Narayanan Sadanandan is a veteran banker with over four decades of experience across domestic and international markets. He spent the bulk of his career at the State Bank of India, holding senior leadership roles across treasury, corporate banking, international banking, and retail/MSME banking in key centres including Mumbai and Gujarat, before serving as CEO of SBI’s Frankfurt Branch. There, he led large corporate relationships, correspondent banking, and strategic financing initiatives. Post-SBI, he has advised financial institutions and served as an Independent Director across several boards.

Prior to joining Modulus Alternatives as a Senior Advisor, Sudipto served as Managing Director & CEO of Jio Insurance Broking, where he drove strong growth and profitability while building a multi-channel distribution platform integrated with one of India’s largest digital ecosystems.
